Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Laboratory & Research Use Only (RUO)

All products, chemicals, peptides, and reference materials offered by ResQ Research LLC (“ResQ Research”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) are sold strictly for in-vitro, preclinical, educational, or laboratory scientific research purposes.

None of the materials provided are intended for human consumption, clinical diagnostic use, therapeutic treatment, food additive, drug, cosmetic, or veterinary use.

By placing an order, the purchaser represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and possess the necessary knowledge, safety equipment, and laboratory environment to handle lyophilized compounds safely.

2. Ordering, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars ($ USD) and are authoritative as displayed at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from inadvertent technical anomalies.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), bank transfer (ACH), and select peer payment methods. For orders paid via credit card, payment is processed securely through Stripe Hosted Checkout. Orders paid via ACH or alternative payment rails remain in “Payment Pending” status until funds are verified and settled.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are packaged and dispatched from our fulfillment facility with protective cold-shield insulation. Standard Tracked Shipping is $9.95 (free on orders over $200.00 USD), Priority Shipping is $19.95, and Overnight Express is $45.00.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We provide tracking information upon carrier handoff.

4. Returns, Damaged Items & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature and purity integrity requirements of temperature-sensitive biochemical research materials, we cannot accept returns once vials have left our fulfillment center.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must notify our customer support team at contact@resqresearch.com within 7 calendar days of receipt with accompanying photographic evidence of the damaged parcel and vial lot numbers. Approved claims will be promptly replaced or refunded.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Under no circumstances shall ResQ Research LLC, its members, directors, officers, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the storage, handling, use, or misuse of any chemical compound or product.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ResQ Research LLC from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or damages arising out of the purchaser’s handling or application of ordered materials.
