Ordering & Inventory

Are ResQ products in stock?

Yes. Products marked as 'In Stock' in our catalog are physically held in inventory ready for immediate fulfillment. We do not practice phantom backorders.

How do I place an order?

Browse our catalog, select your required compounds and quantities, click 'Add to Cart', and proceed to checkout. You will provide your shipping details and select your preferred payment method.

What does 'Research Use Only' (RUO) mean?

All compounds sold by ResQ Research are strictly intended for in-vitro, laboratory, and preclinical scientific investigation. They are not intended for human consumption, medical diagnosis, therapeutic application, or veterinary administration.

Payment Methods

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) with instant automated confirmation via Stripe Hosted Checkout. We also accept bank transfer (ACH), Zelle, Venmo, and manual corporate invoicing upon request.

Is credit card checkout secure?

Yes. All credit and debit card transactions are processed securely through Stripe using 256-bit SSL encryption and strict PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. ResQ Research never stores or handles raw payment card details.

How does ACH / Bank Transfer work?

When you choose ACH or manual bank transfer at checkout, you will receive our verified routing and account transfer instructions immediately upon placing the order. Once funds clear, your order moves to fulfillment dispatch.

Shipping & Handling

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Tracked Shipping is $9.95. Priority Carrier Shipping is $19.95. Overnight Express Shipping is $45.00.

When is standard shipping free?

Orders with a subtotal of $200.00 or more automatically qualify for Free Standard Tracked Shipping at checkout.

How are peptide vials packaged for transit?

All peptide compounds are shipped in sealed lyophilized (freeze-dried) vials with protective bubble shielding and cold-safe insulation to ensure molecular integrity throughout domestic transit.

Documentation & Quality

Where can I find product documentation?

Available Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and technical datasheets are published in our Documentation Library (/coa) and linked on individual compound detail pages.

Can I request lot documentation for a specific study?

Yes. If you need specific batch documentation or synthesis specifications not currently shown in the library, contact our support team at contact@resqresearch.com with your lot number or compound name.
